What is a Refundable Core Charge?

A Core Charge is a refundable deposit on an old/used auto part. When the used part from your vehicle is returned to us, we recycle it and the charge is refunded to you.

Core Charge Return/Refund Instructions

You must return the old part in the box from the new part. Please mark the outside of the box with "Got My Parts RMA (Your Order Number) Core" and ship to any of the following addresses. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the old part, the Core Charge, will be refunded to your original form of payment.
